What it does live

Four live capabilities, one surface

HelixLogic isn't a static map. People are tracked by check-in; vehicles, equipment and opt-in active-shift crew stream GPS. Off-shift means not tracked — stale dots fade with a "last seen."

01
Geofence auto check-in
Walk into a jobsite's geofence and CrewHelix prompts — or silently records — a check-in; leaving records check-out. Each site uses its own radius.
02
Delivery & vehicle ETAs
Inbound deliveries and vehicles show as moving pins with a live ETA. On arrival, the assigned receiving foreman is alerted — "Concrete · ETA 24m → clear bay 3."
03
Push-to-talk broadcast
Hold-to-talk voice or quick text to a channel — Site-wide, by Trade, by Zone, or Safety. Tap a zone to "talk to crew here," with an active-speaker log.
04
Annotate & draw zones
Drop point notes — gate, loading dock, hazard, muster point, no-go — or draw laydown areas and crane-swing radii. Every annotation is attributed to who placed it.

Cross-org, on one map — with ownership badges

On a shared project, every org's assets intermingle on the site map — each marker keeps an owner badge ("Excavator owned by Acme Electric"). The GC sees it for location & safety; the owner keeps control. Ownership never exposes cost.

Know where everything is.

HelixLogic is built into every plan — the live layer over the locations and assets you already track. See it on your own sites.
